He has over ten years in the Real Estate Industry. Not only is he a Home Inspector. He is also a licensed and bonded contractor in both Louisiana and Texas, as the owner of Crescent City Properties LLC. he buys, sells, remodels, and builds properties. He is a Certified Applicator, and the owner Crescent City Inspections & Pest Control specializing in the Termite division. Ralph is a certified HVAC technician in the state of Texas, and a 203k Hud Consultant. Although he has accomplished many things in the housing industry he is a proud Army Veteran with 8 years of service.
All inspection from Crescent City Home Inspections evaluate all interior and exterior components, insulation and systems including roofing, heating and cooling, ventilation, plumbing, structural and electrical.
